Paul Caster

Paul Caster is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the automotive and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Güdel Group since March 2022, Paul previously held key roles as a Senior Program Manager at Tribar Manufacturing and Hatch Stamping Company, managing automotive product programs and production stamping processes. Earlier positions include Project Manager at Richard Tool & Die Corp, where oversight of automotive die designs and technical problem-solving was crucial, and Mechanical Tech Supervisor at A123 Systems, responsible for training and directing maintenance personnel. Paul began their career in manufacturing and prototype engineering with Commerce Industries and Quasar Industries, focusing on custom engineering, lean manufacturing, and customer collaboration. Paul is pursuing an AAS in Engineering Curriculum from Schoolcraft College.
