Carole Peyrot

Carole Peyrot has a diverse work experience in human resources. Carole is currently working as the Global HR Director, Commercial Ops EMEA/Americas at Guerbet since 2020. Prior to that, they held various roles at Leica Microsystems, including Human Resources Director, Sales & Services from 2016 to 2020, Human Resources Manager, Southern Europe from 2013 to 2016, and Human Resources Manager from 2006 to 2013. Before Leica Microsystems, Carole served as the Human Resources Manager, France at DENDRITE from 2002 to 2006 and as the HR Manager, EMEA at Easyphone, Groupe Altitude Software from 2000 to 2002. Carole started their career as the Chargée de mission recrutement at SQLI from 1998 to 2000.

Carole Peyrot holds an Executive Master degree in Management d'une Unité Stratégique (Ressources Humaines) from HEC Paris, which they obtained from 2016 to 2017. Carole also has a Master Degree in International trade from Paris ESLSCA Business School, which they completed from 1995 to 1998.
