Joe Leonard

Joe Leonard is an experienced professional in operational excellence and process support, currently serving as the OPEX, Process Support & IT Manager at Guerbet since June 2022. In this role, Joe Leonard has expanded responsibilities to integrate key disciplines for enhanced Continuous Improvement activities. Previously, Joe Leonard held positions at Guerbet Ireland as OPEX and Process Support Manager, and at SK biotek Ireland Limited as PMO & OPEX Associate Director and Operational Excellence Manager. Joe Leonard's career began at Bristol-Myers Squibb, where responsibilities included serving as Operational Excellence Manager from July 2005 to December 2017. Joe Leonard holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Synthetic Organic Chemistry from Trinity College Dublin and various degrees from Technological University Dublin, including a Master of Science (MSc) in Applied Statistics in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Applied Chemistry, and a Diploma (NCEA) in Applied Chemistry.
