Laurent Londais has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Laurent began their career as a Network and System Engineer at RCO - LA ROCHETTE, where they designed and operated the network and systems architecture for a new IS solution. Laurent then joined Dimension Data as a Network Architecture Department Manager, overseeing a large consulting department and undertaking senior consultant and project director roles. After this, they worked at MAIAAH! as a Customer Services Director, responsible for designing, delivering, and supporting MPLS backbone and managing engineers for delivery and customer relationships. Laurent later joined Easynet SAS as a Customer Operations Manager, managing customer solutions deployment, support, and third-party relationships. At Easynet Global Services, they served as the Head of FR Network Services and later as the Head of FR Service Operations, leading teams and acting as a point of contact for customer services and network infrastructure matters. Laurent'smost recent position was as the CTO Infrastructure & Operations at Guerbet, where they managed global infrastructure and operations for the group and led IT transformation efforts.

Laurent Londais completed their education as follows:

1. From 1990 to 1992, they attended Telecom SudParis ex INT - Evry (91) where they earned a degree in Engineering with a focus on Network and Systems Architecture.

2. In the years 1994 to 1996, they studied at Conservatoire des Arts et Métiers - Paris (75) and obtained a Master's degree in Finance.

3. In the period of 1988 to 1990, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Systems and Telecom at the University of Sciences - Saint-Etienne (42).

In addition to their formal education, Laurent Londais has also obtained various certifications including PRINCE2 Practitioner from APM Group in June 2011, ITIL V3 Expert from EXIN - APM Group in 2010, and ITIL V2 Service Manager from Exin - APM Group in 2010.
