Jill Ortiz

Jill Ortiz has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jill started their career at American Express in 1996, where they worked as an Events & Communications Manager for almost 18 years. In 2014, Jill became a self-employed consultant, taking on various freelance projects until 2016. Jill then joined Miami-Dade County as a Customer Service Specialist for one year. Since 2019, Jill has been working at Guerrero, initially as a Senior Events Manager and currently as the Director of Events.

Jill Ortiz graduated from New York University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management.
