Teresa Hill has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Teresa started their career as a bartender at Winter Park Resort in 2003 and later worked as a bartender and catering staff at Devil's Thumb Ranch from 2004 to 2006. In 2006, they joined Slopeside Productions where they worked in music production. In 2008, they became the Amenity Sales Manager at Granby Ranch, where they stayed until 2013. After that, they joined Guest Services, Inc. as the Director of Sales at The Lodge at Breckenridge. Teresa also briefly worked as a Sales and Marketing Manager at Solvista Golf & Ski Ranch in 2010.

Teresa Hill attended Loyola University New Orleans from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a BS in Psychology with a focus on Environmental Studies. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Pensacola Catholic High School from 1990 to 1994, with a field of study that included Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Colorado Substitute Teacher from the Colorado Department of Education.
