Fausto Sá-Marques has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Fausto started their career at Onyria Group in 2012 as a Front-Office Agent, where they worked until September 2014. Fausto then transitioned to the role of E-Commerce & Revenue Coordinator until January 2017.

In March 2017, Fausto joined Guestcentric Systems as a Customer Success Representative. After a year in this position, they became an Account Manager in February 2018, where they remained until February 2020.
