Adam Janiak

Adam Janiak has a diverse work experience background. Adam started their career in 2007 as a Junior Sales Negotiator at Halls Estate Agency, where they gained valuable experience in the real estate industry. Adam then moved on to Chalmers and Co as a Sales and Lettings Negotiator, where they continued to build on their sales skills.

In 2009, Adam took on an Assistant A&R Internship at Universal Records (Decca), where they assisted with talent scouting and the development of recording artists. Adam also had administrative responsibilities, such as shortlisting demos and organizing logistics for artists, producers, and studios.

Adam later pursued a career in holistic therapy, qualifying as a combined holistic therapist specializing in aromatherapy, Swedish massage, and reflexology treatments. Adam worked as a freelance therapist at various practices and from home.

In 2014, Adam transitioned into the hospitality industry as a Coffee Shop Manager at Jika Jika coffee house and canteen. Adam gained expertise in coffee preparation and was eventually promoted to manage the new Jika Jika store.

Adam's experience also includes a role as a Sales & Lettings Consultant at Wentworth and Rose, where they worked as a freelance sales and lettings negotiator, building rapport with clients, organizing property tours, and negotiating property sales and lettings.

From 2019 to 2020, Adam worked as an Assistant Manager at The Faulkland Inn, where they focused on providing exceptional customer experiences, managing a team, and overseeing various aspects of restaurant operations.

Most recently, Adam joined GuestReady Group in 2021, initially as a Sales Executive and later as the UK Sales Manager.

Adam Janiak completed their education in a chronological order. Adam first attended Prior Park College from 1997 to 2003 and obtained their 9 GCSEs & 3 A levels in English Language and Literature, General. Adam then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Vocals and Professional Musicianship from BIMM - Brighton institute of modern music between 2002 and 2004. Adam later attended Brighton College of Technology and completed a level 4 program in Sports massage in 2012, and a level 4 program in Swedish massage, aromatherapy, and reflexology from 2011 to 2012.
