Aideen Kelly

Aideen Kelly has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Aideen most recently worked at GuestReady starting in 2023 as a Talent Acquisition Manager. Prior to that, from 2022 to 2023, they worked at Stuart as a Tech Talent Acquisition Sourcer where they sourced and screened candidates for technical positions using various platforms and tools.

Before that, Aideen worked at Salesforce from 2020 to 2022. Aideen held the position of Senior Employee Recruiting Coordinator, responsible for managing candidates' recruitment process using ATS (WorkDay). Aideen was also elected as the 'Chair' of a global task force focused on implementing new processes for the recruitment team. Prior to that, they served as a Recruitment Coordinator at Salesforce, contributing to the recruitment process and being selected as a 'Systems Specialist' on a global task force.

Prior to their experience at Salesforce, Aideen worked at TravelPerk from 2019 to 2020. Before that, they worked as a Business Travel Consultant, handling travel bookings and maintaining excellent communication with clients.

Aideen Kelly completed their high school education at Coláiste Muire, Ennis from 2007 to 2013. Aideen then pursued their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Literature at Trinity College Dublin from 2013 to 2017. In addition to their academic qualifications, they obtained two certifications after their college education. In June 2020, they completed the SheCodes Coding Workshop offered by SheCodes Workshops. Later, in December 2021, they completed the SearchLab (Self-Guided) certification offered by AIRS powered by ADP.
