Aya Baram

Aya Baram is an experienced professional currently serving as the Knowledge Team Lead at Guesty since March 2025. Prior to this role, Aya held positions at Papaya Global from August 2021 to May 2025, contributing to the development of automated software for payroll, payments, and HR within the Center of Excellence, and previously worked as a Knowledge Base Manager at Anya Benya from June 2020 to August 2021. Aya's career began at Ben Gurion University, where roles included Director of Resource Development in the Department of Public Affairs from August 2008 to June 2020. Aya earned a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and a Master of Business Administration specializing in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from The College of Management Academic Studies.
