David Zimmer has over 12 years of experience in customer success, sales and support roles. David began their career in 2009 as a Hotel Receptionist for both GRUP SOTERAS and Hotel BCN EVENTS SL. In 2010, they worked as a Hotel Coordinator for Booking.com and as a Hotel Contracting Executive for budgetplaces.com. David then moved on to Atrapalo.com in 2012, where they were an Account Manager. In the same year, they began working for Kigo, Inc., a RealPage Company, as a Sales Team Leader. In 2013, they joined RealPage, Inc. as Director of Global Client Services, followed by Director of International Product Support in 2016 and Head of Kigo Support & Global Senior Support Manager in 2018. Most recently, in 2022, they became Director of Customer Success, Support & Sales at Guesty.
David Zimmer is currently enrolled in two programs: the PMD - Program for Management Development at Esade and the Strategic Innovation & Cross-cultural Management module at HEC Paris. Prior to that, they obtained their Baccalaureate from Lycée de Garçons Esch sur Alzette (Luxembourg) in 2006. In addition, they hold certifications from DDI | Development Dimensions International for their Lead4Results Strategic Management Program (6 Months) and Lead2Exceed Management Program (12 Months), both obtained in 2022 and 2021 respectively. David also holds a Curso de Locución de Radio y Televisión certification from CPA SALDUIE, obtained in 2011.
