Elina Israel

Elina Israel has worked in various roles since 2011. Elina began their career as a Counselor/Medical Records Manager at All Women’s Medical OBS, PLLC in 2011. During this time, they identified high risk families and situations, reviewed medical histories, and interviewed patients. In the same year, they also volunteered at the Queens Jewish Community Council (QJCC), where they distributed food to families in need, organized support sessions, and was active in fundraising. In 2016, they took on the role of Elementary School Teacher at Tree House International School, where they taught grades four and five, as well as kindergarten. Elina also created and applied innovative and engaging lesson plans and activities. In 2017, they became the Compliance Manager at Guesty, where they were responsible for ensuring all documentation, ID and proof of residence had been provided by the client. Elina also trained and held daily briefings of the team to increase verification approvals, and ensured daily team and individual goals were reached. Elina also served as a Compliance & Customer Service Agent, where they collected compliance documents from new clients, conducted quality control of documents and account verifications, and provided technical support service for the clients.

Elina Israel earned a Certificate in Architecture from The Bernard and Anne Spitzer School of Architecture in 2017 and a Bachelor's degree in Language and Communications Disorders from Queens College, City University of New York in 2010.
