Ian Haigh

Ian Haigh has extensive experience in the tech industry. Ian began their career in 2004 as an Analyst Programmer - Multimedia at Amadeus GTD Australia, where they were responsible for project management and development of a corporate website. Ian then moved to MediaMind in 2007, where they held the roles of Support Center Director, Support Group Manager, and Team Leader - Second Tier Application Engineer - APAC. In 2014, they were appointed Director, Global Support EMEA & APAC / Site Director at Sizmek. In 2019, they became Manager, Global Support EMEA & APAC at Amazon Advertising. Ian is currently Head of Global CS Operations at Guesty, a role they have held since 2022.

Ian Haigh attended Gosford Christian School from 1998 to 2000 and earned a High School degree. Ian then attended Charles Sturt University from 2000 to 2003 and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology.
