Koby Soto

Koby Soto is a Co-Founder at Guesty. Koby has been with Guesty since October 2013 and in their current role as Board Member, is responsible of building products that take advantage of company's API in the consumer sphere as show cases of the technology.

Prior to joining Guesty, Koby was with TapDog (Acquired by SimilarWeb) from August 2012 to September 2013 where they served as Lead Developer. As lead backend developer Koby designed infrastructure and services of the app and orchestrated an upgrade from old framework into new Symfony2 deployment. Stack was mostly PHP based backend with mostly jQuery frontend.

Koby has also held the position of Software Developer at Cortica from October 2008 to December 2009 where they were responsible of building products that take advantage of company's API in the consumer sphere as show cases of the technology.

In addition to their work with Guesty and TapDog, Koby has also been an Advisor with Guesty from January 2018 to December 2020 and an Angel Investor with TapDog from January 2014 to December 2020. Koby got their start as a Freelance Web Developer from December 2009 to September 2010.

Koby Soto is a graduate of Tel Aviv University, where they earned their Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree. Koby also holds a Certificate de Cuisine de Base from Le Cordon Bleu Paris in Culinary Arts/Chef Training. Koby is an alumnus of Y Combinator.

Koby Soto reports to Amiad Soto, CEO. They work with Galit Rabby - VP, HR, Slava Borodovsky - VP, Data & Analytics, and Omri Cohen - VP, Product.
