Or Alter has been employed in various roles since 2010. Or began their career as an Officer in the Israel Defense Forces, a position they held until 2015. Or then moved to Wix.com, where they worked as a Customer Service Agent until 2017. In 2017, they joined Finaro and held three roles: Software Developer, Data Engineer, and BI implementer & QA. Currently, they are employed as a Data Engineer at Guesty, a position they have held since 2022.

Or Alter graduated from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology in 2018 with a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, with a field of study in Information Systems Engineering.
