Carsten Fritsch

Carsten Fritsch is a seasoned data engineering professional currently serving as the Principal Data Engineer at Thoughtworks since April 2024. Prior to this role, Carsten held the position of Lead Architect in Data Intelligence at Deutsche Bahn from June 2019 to March 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing the strategy and governance for data and AI within the organization.
