Shai Eyal

Shai Eyal has a diverse work experience spanning a decade. In 2012, they served as an Air Operations Lead in the Israeli Air Force, followed by an executive role as the Chief of Staff in an elite unit. In 2014, they worked as an Account Manager at Ehrlich Group, where they were responsible for onboarding new accounts, managing timelines and liaising between clients and the rest of the team. In 2016, they were a Business Operations Manager at Shafir & Partners, overseeing the operational management of all the department's business initiatives. In 2017, they were a Senior Enrollment Counselor at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, providing guidance to potential candidates and applicants. In the same year, they were also an Education Mentor at the Hebrew University Student Union, mentoring new students and offering help and guidance. In 2018, they were a Teaching Assistant at The Feuerstein Institute. In 2019, they were a Project Manager - Customer Solution Engineer at Tnuva and a SpaceLab mentor at The Ramon Foundation, teaching middle school and high school students a unique STEM program. In 2021, they became a Project Manager at Masterschool, where they were responsible for developing a process to seek, identify, and train students for tech careers. Currently, they are a Global CS Project Manager at Guesty.

Shai Eyal completed a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Food Engineering from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem between 2015 and 2018.
