Shanthini Sathasivam is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and project management across various sectors. Currently serving as a Professional Services Consultant at Guesty since December 2019, Shanthini previously held key leadership roles at Outbrain, including Head of Customer Success and Programmatic Lead for the APAC region. Prior experience includes positions at Sizmek as Publisher Certifications Manager and various roles at Yellow Brick Road Sdn. Bhd., Netinfinium Solutions Sdn Bhd, Grey Group, and Ericsson. Shanthini holds a BSc (Hons.) in Computing and Information Technology from the Asia Pacific University of Technology and Innovation, obtained between 1999 and 2001.
