Shelley Harris

Shelley Harris has worked in the talent acquisition and recruitment industry since 2013. Shelley began their career at ZIM Integrated Shipping Services as an Information Services Coordinator in 2013, where they provided information to customers in Israel and abroad, worked with agents in Israel and overseas, updated the website and reports, mentored new employees, and participated in multidisciplinary teamwork. In 2015, they joined Commerce Sciences as a Digital Marketing & Sales Development Representative, where they were responsible for customer relations, lead-gen team, support of marketing managers on coordinating projects directed at maximizing company profits, head hunting, email campaigns, and calls. In 2017, they joined Adam Milo as an Occupational Diagnostics and Recruitment referent. That same year, they also began working at Join - Digital Talent Agency as a Recruitment Manager, where they were responsible for leading creatively-driven global brands in identifying, recruiting, and securing online marketing game-changing talent. In 2021, they joined Guesty as a Talent Acquisition Team Lead and Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Shelley Harris completed their Bachelor's Degree in Special Education from the University of Haifa in 2014. Shelley then pursued a Master's Degree in Community Mental Health at the same university, which they completed in 2016.
