Shir Tache

Shir Tache has an extensive work experience in the intelligence and product operations fields. In 2011, Shir began working as an Intelligence Personal at Unit 8200 - Israeli Intelligence Corps, where they were responsible for managing online shifts and allocating missions for over 35 people. In 2015, Shir moved to Meital Sandor as a Recruitment Specialist, recruiting executives and C-suite employees for top companies. In 2016, Shir was an Intelligence Researcher and Analyst at the Prime Minister's Office, where they managed intelligence projects and analyzed complex data sets. In 2020, Shir began working at Verint Cyber Intelligence as a Product Intelligence Expert, onboarding Verint product to top enterprise clients and working with product managers, developers, and UX teams. Shir is currently a Product Operations Manager at Guesty, where they are responsible for evaluating client needs and behavior to help define KPIs and accompany the PRDs writing process.

Shir Tache completed a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from The College of Management Academic Studies between 2018 and 2020. In 2019, Shir Tache also completed a product Management Course from Elevation in the field of product management. Prior to that, Shir Tache obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Behavioral Sciences from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo between 2014 and 2017.
