Alex Kane

Alex Kane is a seasoned professional in investor relations and corporate communications with extensive experience in the finance and biotech sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at Guggenheim Partners since June 2023, Alex previously held significant positions such as VP of Investor Relations & Corporate Communications and Head of Investor Relations at Praxis Precision Medicines, Inc. from September 2020 to June 2023. Alex's expertise was further demonstrated as Executive Director of Investor Relations at PTC Therapeutics, Inc., and through earlier roles at W2O, Nasdaq, and Thomson Reuters, where responsibilities included overseeing client engagement, developing business strategies, and maintaining key industry relationships. Alex holds an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from NYU Stern School of Business and a BS in International Political Economy from Colorado College.
