David Korman

David Korman is a legal and financial expert with extensive experience in leadership roles across prominent institutions. Currently serving as Senior Managing Director and Secretary at Guggenheim Partners since 2009, David has held significant legal positions, including EVP General Counsel at Ford Motor Credit Company from 1999 to 2009 and Assistant General Counsel at BankOne from 1997 to 1999. David began a legal career at First National Bank of Chicago, where tenure spanned from 1982 to 1997.
