Kim Hillner

Kim Hillner is an experienced human resources professional with over two decades of expertise in various HR leadership roles. Currently serving as Director of HR Business Process & Systems and Workday HCM/HR Director at Guggenheim Partners, Kim has also worked as a Human Resources/Workday Implementation Consultant. Previously, Kim held the position of Director of Human Resources at Grenzebach Glier & Associates and served as a Human Resources Advisor at Dyson, among other roles in reputable organizations. Kim's educational background includes a BA in Psychology from Denison University and an MS in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from Loyola University Chicago.
