Larry Lucillo

Larry Lucillo, SHRM-SCP, PHR, currently serves as the Director and Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Guggenheim Investments since May 2022, contributing to a global investment and advisory firm. Prior experience includes serving as Divisional Head of Human Resources at Alpha FMC from October 2021 to April 2022, where expertise in financial services consulting was utilized. Larry has also held positions as Director and Associate Director of Human Resources at MUFG Investor Services from July 2016 to October 2021, managing global asset servicing solutions. Earlier roles include HR Supervisor/Generalist at KiDS Creative and Human Resources Coordinator at Spencer Gifts, alongside responsibilities as an Inventory Control Specialist. Larry holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Development from Villanova University and Bachelor's Degrees in Communication Studies and Business Administration from Rowan University and Liberty University, respectively.
