Rajani Clyne

Rajani Clyne is a professional with extensive experience in legal and regulatory compliance. Rajani currently holds the position of Managing Director and Chief Compliance Officer, Europe at Guggenheim Partners. Prior to this, Rajani served as Deputy Head of Compliance and Interim Head of Compliance at Itau BBA International plc, Itau BBA UK Securities, and Itau UK Asset Management. Rajani also has experience as the Head of Legal and Regulatory Compliance at Mako Group. Rajani has a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from The College of Law, York, and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Sussex.
