Chris Hawkins

Chris develops and leads on Preqin’s corporate legal strategy – working closely with the company’s Board and Executive Committee – and oversees all corporate and company secretarial matters. He has successfully built up the legal function at high-growth technology businesses in the financial services and healthcare sectors, including at Allocate Software, a provider of healthcare workforce deployment software, and Dealogic, a financial markets platform. Chris previously worked at leading technology law firms Bird & Bird and Kemp Little, where he advised tech businesses ranging from start-ups to global internet giants and led negotiations on major strategic outsourcings.
