Robert S. Khuzami

Robert Khuzami is currently the Chief Legal Officer at Guggenheim Partners. Prior to this role, Khuzami served as the Deputy United States Attorney at the U.S. Attorney’s Office Southern District of New York. Robert was also a Partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and the Director of the Division of Enforcement at the US Securities and Exchange Commission. Khuzami has an extensive legal background, including serving as General Counsel -- Americas at Deutsche Bank and as an Assistant United States Attorney at the United States Attorneys Office for the Southern District of New York. Robert holds a JD from Boston University School of Law and a BA in Political Science and Philosophy from the University of Rochester.
