Robert Strandt

Robert Strandt is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the fields of real estate, development, and architecture. As Senior Managing Director and President at Guggenheim Partners since November 2006, Robert has demonstrated leadership and strategic vision. Prior roles include Executive Vice President of Development at Extra Space Storage, Director of Retail Development at Fleming Foods, and Vice President of Growth and Development at ULTA Beauty. Robert also served as Vice President of Real Estate and Project Development, as well as Director of Architecture/Engineering at American Stores Company. Early career experience includes a position as Project Manager at Hagge Construction Company. Educationally, Robert holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, completed in 1987.
