Tom Hao

Tom Hao is an experienced investment banking associate currently at Guggenheim Partners in the Capital Structure Advisory Group, focusing on restructuring. Prior to this role, Tom served as an investment banking associate in the Leveraged Finance Group at Bank of America. In the earlier stages of the career, Tom gained valuable experience as a summer associate at leading law firms and investment banks, specializing in M&A, Capital Markets, and leveraged finance. Tom's background includes a project management role with Shougang Sports, offering business advice to executive leadership, as well as legal internships that informed expertise in corporate contracts and tax regulations. Tom holds a Juris Doctor degree from New York University School of Law, an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Chinese from the University of California, Davis.
