Heidi Partida

Heidi Partida has extensive work experience in the mortgage industry. Heidi joined Guidance Residential in 2009 and held various roles including Director of Human Resources, VP of Human Resources, SVP of Human Resources, and currently serves as the EVP of Corporate Governance since October 2020. Prior to their time at Guidance Residential, they worked at HomeView Lending as the VP of Administration from 2005 to 2007, NationsFirst Lending as the VP of Corporate Operations in 2005, and New Century Mortgage as a Wholesale Project Manager from 2003 to 2005.

Heidi Partida earned their MBA in Human Resources Management from Ashford University from 2007 to 2009. Heidi also holds a B.S. in Organizational Leadership from Azusa Pacific University. In addition to their degrees, Heidi obtained certifications including the SHRM-SCP from SHRM in 2015 and the SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2011.
