Danielle Armstrong

Danielle Armstrong serves as a Direct Source Talent Manager at Guidant Global since April 2019, where responsibilities include developing the Direct Source recruiting program for Bayer, creating an internal candidate database, training technical recruiters, and establishing key performance metrics. Concurrently, Danielle has been a Recruiting Manager at ICONMA since September 2012, focusing on training and development of recruiters for various industries and managing cost-effective sourcing strategies for high-profile clients. Previously, Danielle held the role of On Site Partnered Staffing Manager at Kelly Services from August 2006 to September 2012, overseeing recruiting strategies and managing a large workforce at the GM Tech Center.
