Dean Limburn

Dean Limburn has extensive experience in the aviation and recruitment sectors, currently serving as Client Services Manager and previously as Recruitment Manager at Guidant Global since July 2022. Prior to this, Dean was the Chief Executive Officer at One Call Aviation Services from January 2022 to August 2022, overseeing various aviation services including recruitment and project management. Dean's long tenure at Resource Group from 2006 to 2020 included roles such as Operations Director, where management of aviation maintenance and production recruitment teams was key, and other positions focused on enhancing efficiency and business development within the MRO sector. Earlier experience as a contractor provided expertise in improving operational efficiency across multiple regions and aviation domains. Dean holds an FAA - A&P Licence and a HNC in Aerospace, complementing a strong foundation in the aviation industry.
