Karina Townley

Karina Townley has extensive work experience in various roles within the recruitment and managed services industry. Karina has been with Guidant Global since 2011, starting as an Operations Director and later becoming the Head of Operations. Currently, they hold the position of Managing Director - Client Services EMEA, where they focus on delivering programs across the EMEA region and transforming solutions to improve relationships with customers, suppliers, and candidates. Prior to joining Guidant Global, Karina worked as the Perm Delivery Director at Carlisle Managed Solutions, where they developed strategic recruitment solutions. Karina also had a long tenure at Guidant Group, where they held roles such as Senior Account Manager and RPO Account Manager. Karina's experience also includes working as a Consultant at Brook Street and as an Experienced Hire Recruitment Coordinator at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Karina began their career as an HR & Training Coordinator at Carat.

Karina Townley completed their education from 1995 to 1998 at Solent University, where they obtained a 2:1 degree in Business Administration.
