Rachel Baugh

Rachel Baugh is an experienced professional in talent engagement, currently serving as the Talent Engagement Director at Guidant Global since January 2020. Prior to this role, Rachel spent nearly a decade at Carbon60 as a Vetting Manager, focusing on engineering and technical staffing solutions. Additional experience includes positions as an Administrator at Fieldforce Services and a Customer Services Advisor at Scottish and Southern Energy, as well as an Attraction Attendant at Universal Orlando Resort.
