Jena Capewell

Jena Capewell, SPHR, GPHR, serves as the Director of Global Benefits at Guidehouse since July 2014, managing comprehensive health and retirement programs on a global scale. Prior to this role, Jena held the position of Director of Benefits at Heidrick & Struggles from May 2012 to July 2014, overseeing various employee benefit programs, including health insurance and retirement plans. Jena's experience also includes serving as the Manager of Benefits and Employee Relations at SNR Denton from September 1999 to May 2012 and as the Benefits Administrator at Helzberg Diamonds from February 1995 to June 1999. Jena earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, graduating in 1993.
