Mark Westmoreland

Mark Westmoreland is the Co-Founder and Senior Managing Director of Guideline, a company that provides comprehensive consulting services for Fintech and financial services firms in the US and Europe, since October 2020. Prior to Guideline, Mark served as Managing Director at Treliant from March 2010 to April 2020 and held the position of Assistant General Counsel at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from April 2008 to January 2010. Mark's earlier roles include Senior Counsel and Vice President of Compliance at Loan to Learn, and Assistant General Counsel at Capital One Financial. Additionally, Mark was a partner at Hudson Cook LLP in 2006. Mark holds a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law and a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
