Javier Morales

Javier Mauricio Morales Chavarro is a seasoned software development consultant currently leading a team at Guideline since August 2023, focusing on the architecture, design, and development of a prominent media planning application. Previously, from August 2016 to September 2023, Javier served as a consultant at Mediaocean, holding similar responsibilities in leading development teams and collaborating on application improvements. Prior to this, Javier worked as a back-end software engineer at ColSpace Corporation from June 2011 to July 2016 and held various development roles at ZemoGA, Inc. from February 2006 to April 2011. In addition to industry experience, Javier contributed to academia as an adjunct professor at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana between January 2008 and June 2010. Javier's educational background includes a master's degree in systems engineering from Universidad Nacional de Colombia and a systems engineering degree from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
