Karen was also the Owner/Founder of Tiny Toes-A Children's Boutique for over a decade and received various accolades for their work. With a background in product management, business operations, and sales operations, Karen has a strong track record of successfully leading and managing teams to drive business growth and success. Their experience includes working in various industries such as advertising, retail, and healthcare. Karen holds a BA in International Politics and Economics from Middlebury College.
