Micah Nessan

Micah Nessan currently serves as General Counsel at Guideline since August 2022 and has been an Acting General Counsel in the same organization. Additionally, Micah is a Founding Member of TechGC, an exclusive peer community for General Counsels. Prior experience includes roles as General Counsel at Integral Ad Science from September 2014 to July 2022 and Assistant Corporate Counsel at Piksel Inc. from December 2012 to September 2014, where oversight of legal matters and negotiation of various agreements occurred. Micah began a legal career as an Associate at Sadis & Goldberg LLP and Jones Day, focusing on corporate transactions and securities regulation. Earlier experiences include a Federal Judicial Extern position, summer associate roles, and law clerk positions in various legal environments. Micah holds a JD from Tulane University Law School and a BA in Philosophy and French from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
