Tatiana Petelina

Tatiana Petelina currently serves as Chief Of Staff at Guideline since October 2021. Prior to this role, Tatiana worked at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from July 2018 to October 2021 as a Consultant, focusing on corporate and digital strategy as well as revenue growth within the Financial Institutions practice, and served as a Cohort Council Representative. Tatiana began as an Associate at BCG, engaging with clients in Financial Institutions, Pharma, and Consumer sectors, while also holding the role of Captain for Columbia University Associate recruiting. Earlier experience includes serving as a Teaching Assistant in Intermediate Microeconomics and Principles of Economics at Columbia University from September 2016 to May 2018, a Summer Associate at BCG in 2017, and a Summer Intern at McKinsey & Company in 2015. Tatiana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics-Mathematics with a Special Business Management Concentration from Columbia University.
