Mr. Braun, formerly the President and Chief Executive Officer of AVIAT Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: AVNW), and the President and Chief Executive Officer of Siemens Networks LLC.

Mr. Braun is a prominent standards influencer and spokesman in the telecommunications industry and is recognized as one of America's "top 100 voices of the IP Communications Industry" by Internet Telephony magazine. In 2009, Mr. Braun has also been awarded the presigious "International CEO of the Year" award by Africa IT & Telecom.
