Michelle Poch has a diverse range of work experience. Michelle is currently working at Guidepost Montessori as a Head of School, a position they have held since April 2023. Michelle Poch began their education at Massachusetts Bay Community College from 2011 to 2015, where they earned an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts Elementary Education. Michelle then continued their studies at Framingham State University from 2016 to 2018, where they received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. In 2018, Michelle also participated in an internship program at The Washington Center for Internships and Academic Seminars, focusing on International Relations and Affairs.
