Michelle Poch

Michelle Poch has a diverse range of work experience. Michelle is currently working at Guidepost Montessori as a Head of School, a position they have held since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an Assistant Head of School at the same organization from May 2022 to April 2023. Michelle also served as a Lead Toddler Guide at Guidepost Montessori from September 2021 to May 2022, where they created lesson plans, established classroom routines, and wrote weekly updates for the children.

Before joining Guidepost Montessori, Michelle worked as a Disability Services Associate at Life University from September 2020 to September 2021. In this role, they corresponded with faculty regarding student accommodations, created PowerPoint presentations, handled office supply ordering and financial tracking.

Michelle's previous experience includes roles such as Programs Assistant at Greater Washington Board of Trade from March 2019 to June 2020, Government Affairs Intern at S&P Global from January 2018 to May 2018, Nursery Supervisor at The First Parish Church from January 2013 to May 2018, Assistant Studio Manager/Instructor at Palettes from September 2014 to December 2017, Teacher at Angier After School Care from September 2015 to January 2017, and Administrative Assistant at The Kraematon Group, Inc. from April 2012 to February 2016. Michelle also worked as a Teaching Assistant at KinderCare Education from July 2011 to June 2012.

Throughout their career, Michelle has demonstrated strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a passion for working with children and providing educational support.

Michelle Poch began their education at Massachusetts Bay Community College from 2011 to 2015, where they earned an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts Elementary Education. Michelle then continued their studies at Framingham State University from 2016 to 2018, where they received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. In 2018, Michelle also participated in an internship program at The Washington Center for Internships and Academic Seminars, focusing on International Relations and Affairs.
