Nitziel Díaz Báez

Nitziel Díaz Báez is an experienced professional in early childhood education and business development. Currently serving as Children’s House Lead Guide at Guidepost Montessori since June 2021, Nitziel has held various guide positions within the organization. Prior experience includes a role as Business Development Executive at BUREA, where responsibilities included exceeding revenue targets and building client relationships. Nitziel also worked as an Advertising Account Executive at Havas, focusing on digital advertising strategies in Latin America, and as a Freelance Public Relations Specialist at Burson-Marsteller. Nitziel holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Marketing from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras, and a Children’s House Lead Guide Teacher Diploma from The Prepared Montessorian.
