Vanessa Martin

Vanessa Martin is a dedicated professional with a background in education and autism services. Currently serving as a Lead Guide at Guidepost Montessori since August 2024, Vanessa is responsible for creating a clean, organized, and child-centered classroom while tailoring lessons based on student observations. Previously worked as a Brand Ambassador and Registered Behavior Technician at Helping Hands Family - Autism Services, providing support for new hires and direct care to children with autism. Additional experience includes serving as a CAPS Mentor at The Hussman Center for Adults With Autism, an Activity Specialist at Horizon Day Camp - Baltimore, and a Sales Associate at Bath & Body Works. Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development, Family Studies, and Related Services from Towson University, completed in May 2023.
