Reuben O'Connell

Reuben O'Connell has a diverse work experience in digital marketing and consulting roles. Reuben is currently a Digital Marketing Manager at Guider, a position they have held since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Qured as a Growth Marketing Lead from February 2022 to May 2023, and as a Growth Marketing Executive from July 2020 to February 2022. Reuben started their career at Qured in February 2019 as a Growth Marketing Intern and progressed to become a key contributor in the marketing team until July 2020.

Before joining Qured, Reuben worked at MIKE WEAVER COMMUNICATIONS LIMITED as a Digital Marketing Executive from August 2016 to April 2023. In this role, they were responsible for web design, social media management, search engine optimization, and marketing strategy implementation. Reuben regularly reported to the company director on marketing effectiveness and suggested strategies for improvement. Reuben utilized a range of platforms and software including Actinic Ecommerce, Google Analytics, and Adobe CS.

Additionally, Reuben worked at THEATRE ABSOLUTE LIMITED as a Freelance Marketing Consultant from June 2016 to June 2018. Reuben also served as a Production Assistant for the Shop Front Festival in February 2018. Prior to this, Reuben gained experience as a General Assistant (Produce) at J Sainsbury Plc from September 2015 to September 2016.

Reuben O'Connell completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Goldsmiths, University of London between 2017 and 2020. Prior to that, they attended West Coventry Sixth Form from 2014 to 2016, where they studied Communication and Media Studies. Reuben's earliest education can be traced back to Woodlands Academy, where they studied from 2009 to 2014. It is worth noting that Reuben also obtained a certification in the Learn JavaScript Course from Codecademy in April 2023.
