Bryan Doerstling started their work experience in 1991 as a System Interface Coordinator in the Planning & Reporting department at BlueCross BlueShield of Texas, Illinois, Oklahoma, Montana, and New Mexico. Bryan then progressed to Assistant Manager in the same department, leading a team responsible for reporting key divisional metrics. Bryan later became a Manager in the Subscriber Services Division, overseeing a team of 200+ employees in Rockford, Illinois, and implementing an automated claim inventory management process to improve claim processing timeliness. Bryan then took on the role of Director in the Subscriber Services Division, managing 500+ employees in the Marshall, Texas Service Center and increasing the number of serviced members from 300k to over 1 million. Bryan's last role prior to their current position was Vice President of Service Delivery & Operations, responsible for customer service teams and maintaining key metrics like First Contact Resolution at BlueCross BlueShield. In 2020, Bryan joined GuideStone Financial Resources as the Managing Director of Insurance Customer Experience.

Bryan Doerstling obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from Elmhurst University between 1985 and 1988.
