Satish Jadhav has several years of work experience in various roles within different companies. Satish started their career at Deutsche Bank as a Process Executive, where they were responsible for reconciling in-house funds and conducting fund accounting reconciliations. Satish then advanced to the role of Process Supervisor, where they continued to oversee these reconciliations for fixed income and equity portfolios.

Following their time at Deutsche Bank, Jadhav worked as an Inventory Maintenance Associate at Walmart for a short period. Satish then joined Lowe's Canada as a Customer Service Associate, where they engaged customers, ensured accurate merchandise handling, and promoted safe work practices.

Jadhav later joined Maximus as a Customer Service Representative, where they provided support to customers. Satish then moved on to Sherwin-Williams, where they started as a Sales and Marketing Management Trainee before becoming an Assistant Market Manager.

Most recently, Jadhav joined Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group (CC&L) as a Trade Support Specialist. In this role, they support post-trade processes and ensures the smooth operation of trade matching, allocation, transmission, and settlement using various trading systems and platforms.

Satish Jadhav holds a Bachelor of Business Management degree in Business Administration and Finance from Bangalore University, which they obtained between 2003 and 2006. In 2018, they pursued further education at Royal Roads University and completed a Masters of Global Management degree in Business Administration and Management, General, in 2020. Apart from their formal education, Satish also obtained additional certifications. Satish received a Graduate Certification in Project Management from Royal Roads University in May 2020. In addition, they obtained certifications in Equity Derivatives and Introduction to Financial Markets from Deutsche Bank in October 2009 and August 2009, respectively.
