Steven Blumberg

Steven Blumberg is the President and CEO of Florida Health Care Plans and has previously held significant leadership roles, including Vice President of Strategy and Practice Transformation at GuideWell, Corporate Vice President of Value Based Care at Baptist Health South Florida, and Chief Planning and Business Development Officer at the University of Miami Health System. Additionally, Steven served as Interim Vice President of Planning and Business Development at UF Health Jacksonville and as Senior Vice President and Executive Director at Geisinger Health System's AtlantiCare Division. Steven Blumberg earned an MBA in Health Services Administration/Marketing from Florida State University and is currently involved in ongoing education at the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business.
