Dariusz Dębowczyk

Dariusz Dębowczyk is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT and strategic leadership in the insurance and technology sectors. Since 2012, Dariusz has served as Senior Director of Alliances at Guidewire Software, collaborating with over 30 global and regional system integrators on numerous core system implementations and cloud transitions for insurance companies worldwide. Previously, Dariusz worked as a Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, overseeing a significant IT cost-cutting project for a telecommunications company. Dariusz's tenure at PZU Group spanned nearly a decade, achieving roles such as CIO and IT Executive Director, where responsibilities encompassed IT strategy, architecture, operations, and software development. Dariusz co-owned NeoTek - Nowe Technologie, focusing on e-commerce and content management systems. Dariusz holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Gdańsk University of Technology, a Postgraduate degree in Insurance from the Warsaw School of Insurance and Banking, and management training from the ICAN Institute.
