Shashank Singh

Shashank Singh has extensive experience in investment and legal counsel, currently serving as an Advisor at Guild Capital since September 2019, where duties have included selecting significant investments such as Fitelo and Plix. Prior roles at Guild Capital also included Senior and Investment Associate positions, as well as Legal Counsel. Shashank has served as Legal Counsel for NurseryLive from December 2020 to February 2024 and as a Board Observer for both NurseryLive and Pickrr. Additionally, Shashank has contributed to academia as a Guest Faculty at the National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata, teaching a course on venture capital investments in India from January 2021 to January 2023. Previous experience includes working as an Associate at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas in the TMT and M&A sectors. Shashank holds a B.A. LLB (Hons.) degree from the National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata, obtained in 2017.
